Dont bother, go for pakistani , oriental , or italian, spanish or any other european cuisines instead. Their foods stink too much and dont taste well.

Uhh yes we do. In fact we love fish. Protein is our thing. Fish is a juge market here. Although I prefer it in fried state.

I am gonna back Joe on this one that yes every fish has its own flavor and style however I understand where Irfan is coming from. Its the easy usage to call all fish dishes fish this rather than salmon biryani.

Although in dhabas local restaurants names of fishes are seen in the menu card in the fish corner bcz people can eat maha sher, raho e.t.c

I have never tried Bangladeshi food though. Would love too.

Also plz those that are willing to bring animosity to culture and cultural foods, plz leave the thread. 1971 has nothing to do with enjoying good food. God's sake what the hell?

And you haven't even got into Bengali vegetarian yet. Wait till I cook chhanar dalna, phulkopir tarkari, alu posto, panch mishali torkari, begun bhaja and chholar dal for you. If I wasn't scared of an accident to an over-enthusiastic guest, I might do a chatni and a papor for you, followed up with bhapa doi and maybe pantuas with it.

My aunt was a Ghoti, and we had puckered mouths when she cooked. These West Bengalis cook like Gujjus.

Congratulations to the Bangladeshis for their splendid offering in the food festival. Except for one minor flaw in attire of an important guest, it seems to have been a perfect occasion.

Not showing off at all, the fact is that in 1971, Bengalis started the genocide of non Bengalis first. The non Bengalis then responded by doing it better. I'm not trying to say it was good, but I'm simply saying they need to stop whining when they started it.

Other places like Palestine, Kashmir and Iraq are different since the guys living there didn't start it.
