Bangladesh taken project to buy Helicopter carrier

What purpose will a helicopter carrier serve ? I for one cannot find any objective.
Exclusive economy zone goes out 200 miles into the Bay of Bengal. This is easily covered by many aircrafts and helicopters.

LHDs can be used a hospital ship along with a command ship , which can operate many helicopters for UN and or massive humanitarian operations. Also ASW warfare too along side amphibious landings.

We are talking about BN in 2030 , we do need a LHD cause it's a multipurpose ship.

Don't act like it's a useless ship , again BN had the idea ever since 2014 to get LHDs.

Of course we do need new frigates and subs first , and that's what they're gonna get.

America LHDs helped us during our own natural disasters , BN of course wanted their own.
