Actually brother, whether Allah(swt) exists or not is not the intented test for us. Our test is to see whether or not we obey Him and how well we obey Him. This is clearly mentioned in the Quran when Allah speaks about Iblees disobeying Him by not prostrating to Adam (as). But May Allah reward you for your intentions and sincerity.

Allahuakbar. I feel that the time has come in Bangladesh when the Muslims have to struggle (physically and politically) in the way of Islam like never before. However, we should not stop at just declaring that Islam is the State Religion and beginning the constitution with Bismillah. We should work to abolish secularism and establish Islam as a fully comprehensive way of life with a constituion based upon Quran, Sunnah, Ijma Sahabah, Qiyas, and Ijtihad. This form of government is known as the Khilafah which I'm sure many brothers here know. Jihad alone has never lead to the re establishment of the Khilafah/Islamic State, rather the establishment of Khilafah has lead to conquering the hearts and minds of many regions throughtout the world by means of trade, communications and military struggle (jihad) in order to spread Islam. And Allah knows best.

ঢাকা: চট্টগ্রামে ‘গণজাগরণ মঞ্চের’ ব্যানারে সরকার সমর্থক তরুণদের বুধবারের মহাসমাবেশ ঠেকাতে ৩১৩ জনের ‘শাহাদাত স্কোয়াড’ গঠন করেছে হেফাজতে ইসলাম।

পাল্টা-পাল্টি কর্মসূচি ঘিরে চট্টগ্রামে ১৪৪ ধারা জারি করেছে স্থানীয় প্রশাসন। এছাড়া মঙ্গলবার রাত সোয়া ৮টার দিকে প্রেসক্লাবের সামনে থেকে একটি বোমা উদ্ধার করেছে পুলিশ।

মঙ্গলবার চট্টগ্রামের হাটহাজারী মাদ্রাসায় ৩১৩ জন তরুণের শহীদ হওয়ার বাইয়াত (শপ&#2469 গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে শাহাদাত স্কোয়াড গঠন করা হয়।

স্কোয়াডের তরুণদের শপথ পড়ান হাটহাজারী মাদ্রাসার অধ্যক্ষ ও হেফাজতে ইসলাম বাংলাদেশের আমীর আল্লামা শাহ আহমদ শফি।

হেফাজতের প্রতিবাদ উপেক্ষা করে চট্টগ্রামে বুধবারের মহাসমাবেশ সফল করতে ঘাতক দালাল নির্মূল কমিটি সোমবার ৭১ সদস্যবিশিষ্ট ‘মৃত্যুঞ্জয়ী স্কোয়াড‘ গঠন করার পর দিন এ শাহাদাত স্কোয়াড গঠন করা হলো।

প্রসঙ্গত, মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধের অভিযোগে জামায়াতে ইসলামীর শীর্ষ নেতাদেরর ফাঁসি ও ধর্মভিত্তিক রাজনীতি নিষিদ্ধ করার দাবিতে গত ৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে ঢাকার শাহবাগ চত্বরে জড়ো হয়ে আন্দোলন করছেন সরকার সমর্থক তরুণরা।

আন্দোলনের অংশ হিসেবে শাহবাগকারী ইতোমধ্যে ঢাকার মতিঝিল, বাহাদুর শাহ পার্ক, যাত্রাবাড়ী ও উত্তরায় সমাবেশ করেছে। এরপর বুধবার সকালে চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ও বিকেলে চট্টগ্রাম শহরের জামালখান সড়কে অবস্থিত প্রেসক্লাব চত্বরের একই সমাবেশ ঘোষণা করেছে।

হেফাজতে ইসলামীর নেতা-কর্মীরা শাহবাগকারীদের নাস্তিক ও মুরতাদ ঘোষণা দিয়ে তাদের চট্টগ্রামে প্রবেশের বিরোধিতা করছেন।

তারা নির্দিষ্টভাবে শাহবাগকারীদের সমন্বয়ক ও রংপুর মেডিকেল কলেজ শাখা ছাত্রলীগের সাবেক সভাপতি ডা. ইমরান এইচ সরকার ও ঘনিষ্ঠ কয়েকজনকে নাস্তিক বলে দাবি করছে।

হেফাজতে ইসলাম চট্টগ্রাম শাখার নেতা-কর্মীরা ডা. ইমরান এইচ সরকার ও তার সহযোগীদের চট্টগ্রামে প্রবেশ ও মহাসমাবেশ করা থেকে বিরত রাখতে বুধবার বৃহত্তর চট্টগ্রামে আগেই হরতাল কর্মসূচি দিয়ে রেখেছে।

মঙ্গলবার বিকেলে হরতালের সমর্থনে চট্টগ্রাম শহরে বড় মিছিল করেছে হেফাজতের নেতা-কর্মীরা। এই মিছিলের নেতৃত্ব দেন হেফাজতের চট্টগ্রাম শাখার সাধারণ সম্পাদক মাওলানা মাঈনুদ্দীন রুহি, আল্লামা লোকমান হাকিম, আজিজুল হক ইসলামাবাদী, আব্দুল হক, আব্দুর রহমান চৌধুরী, মুফতি হারুন ইজহার, মাওলানা কাতেব ইলিয়াছ ওসমানী, মাওলানা নাছির উদ্দিন মনির, মাস্টার আহসান উল্লাহ, হাজী মোজাম্মেল হক, মাওলানা আহমদ উল্লাহ, মাওলানা নুর মোহাম্মদ কিবরিয়া ও মাওলানা আবু রায়হান।

মিছিলের আগে এক সমাবেশে তারা বলেন, ‘শায়খুল ইসলাম আল্লামা শফির আহবানে সারা বাংলাদেশের তৌহিদী জনতা আজ মাঠে নেমে এসেছে। আমরা আল্লাহ এবং রাসুলের (সা.) বিরুদ্ধে কটূক্তিকারী শাহবাগী নাস্তিক ব্লগার ইমরান এবং তার দোসরদের বিচার চায়।’

প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কাছে শাহবাগকারীদের গ্রেপ্তাকার ও বিচার দাবি করে হেফাজত নেতারা বলেন, ‘আমাদের এই আন্দোলন ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত চলবে, যতক্ষণ না এদের গ্রেপ্তার করে বিচার না করা হয়।’

এই আন্দোলন ততক্ষণ চলবে যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত না এদের পৃষ্ঠপোষক শাহরিয়ার কবির গংদের বিচার না করা হয় বলেও তারা হুঁশিয়ারি দেন।

বক্তারা বলেন, আমাদের আন্দোলন ততক্ষণ চলবে যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত না ধর্মকারী, মুক্তমনা, সামহোয়ারইন, আমার ব্লগ, সচলায়তন ব্লগসহ নাস্তিদের লেখার প্লাটফর্ম বন্ধ না করা হয়।’

এসব দাবি যদি মেনে নেয় সরকার তাহলেই কেবল আমাদের আন্দোলন থামবে, যোগ করেন হেফাজত নেতারা।

এ সময় হেফাজত নেতারা আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর উদ্দেশ্যে বলেন, ‘আমাদের বাধা দিবেন না, গুলি চালাবেন না। কারণ গুলি চালিয়ে আমাদের শেষ করতে পারবেন না। উল্টো আপনাদের গুলি শেষ হয়ে যাবে।’

আমরা আল্লাহ ছাড়া কাউকে পরোয়া করি না। আগামীকাল (বুধবা&#2480 কাফনের কাপড় পড়ে হাজার হাজার তরুণ-যুবক-বৃদ্ধ বুকের তাজা রক্ত ঢেলে দিয়ে হলেও এসব খোদাদ্রোহীদের প্রতিহত করার শপথ নিয়ে মাঠে নেমেছে বলে জানান নেতারা।

সমাবেশ শেষে মিছিল নিয়ে হেফাজত ইসলামের নেতা-কর্মীরা আন্দরকিল্লা মোড় হয়ে সিটি করপোরেশনের সামনে দিয়ে প্রেসক্লাবের দিকে যাবার সময় বিপুলসংখ্যক আইনশৃংখলা বাহিনী তাদের আটকে দেয়।

এ সময় তারা পুলিশের সঙ্গে কোনো সংঘর্ষে লিপ্ত না হয়ে হেফাজতের নেতা-কর্মীদের বুধবারের হরতালে শহীদ হবার জন্য শপথ পাঠ করিয়ে কর্মসূচি শেষ করেন।

১৪৪ ধারা জারি, বোমা উদ্ধার
হেফাজতে ইসলাম ও গণজাগরণ মঞ্চ পাল্টাপাল্টি সমাবেশ ডাকায় বন্দরনগরী চট্টগ্রামের প্রেসক্লাব, রেলস্টেশন এবং জেলা পরিষদ মার্কেট চত্বরে আগামী বুধবার ভোর ৬টা থেকে রাত ১২টা পর্যন্ত ১৪৪ ধারা জারি করেছে স্থানীয় প্রশাসন।

সোমবার রাতে এক আদেশে ১৪৪ ধারা জারির ঘোষণা দেওয়া হয়।

চট্টগ্রাম মহানগর পুলিশের (সিএমপ&#2495 অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ কমিশনার বনজ কুমার মজুমদার সাংবাদিকদের বলেন, ‘একই স্থানে দুটি সংগঠন সমাবেশ ডাকায় আইনশৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতির অবণতির আশঙ্কা দেখা দিয়েছে।’

তাই বুধবার ভোর ৬টা থেকে রাত ১২টা পর্যন্ত তিনটি স্থানে সভা-সমাবেশ নিষিদ্ধ করা হয়েছে।

এদিকে, দুটি সংগঠনের কর্মসূচি ঘিরে উত্তেজনা তৈরি হওয়ায় নগরীতে দুই প্লাটুন বিজিবি নামানো হয়েছে। মঙ্গলবার দিনভর বিজিবি শহরে টহল দেয়। বুধবারও তারা মাঠে থাকবে বলে জানানো হয়েছে।

এদিকে, মঙ্গলবার রাত সোয়া ৮টার দিকে চট্টগ্রাম প্রেসক্লাবের সামনে থেকে একটি বোমা উদ্ধার করেছে পুলিশ। এছাড়া বেশ কয়েকটি ককটেলের বিস্ফোরণ ঘটানো হয় বলে প্রত্যক্ষদর্শীরা জানিয়েছেন। এ সময় প্রেসক্লাবে গণজাগরণ মঞ্চের ব্যানারের শাহবাগকারীরা অবস্থান করছিলেন বলে জানা গেছে।

Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Oikya Parishad (JAOP), supported by the opposition BNP and Jamaat alliance, has won a landslide in the elections for the 2013-14 term to take control of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).

The counting of ballots ended on the wee hours on Friday after the two-day annual elections ended on Thursday afternoon.

The opposition-backed panel won 13 of the 14 posts at stake, including those of President and General Secretary, spelling yet another electoral debacle for the ruling Awami League-backed Sammilita Ainjibi Samannaya Parishad (SASP). It managed only an executive member post.

The pro-government panel had lost the previous elections to the top forum of lawyers as well.
Former Attorney General AJ Muhammad Ali and Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon of JAOP were elected President and General Secretary respectively.

Ali bagged 1,669 votes while his challenger former SCBA President Abdul Baset Majumder polled 1,340 votes.

Khokan won 1,676 ballots while his rival Robiul Alam Budu got 1,369 votes.

Ali is also an advisor to the BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and Khokan is one of the Joint Secretaries General of the party.

SASP’s Hosne Ara Begum Babli prevented a clean sweep for the JAOP, wooing 1,659 votes beating JAOP’s Mohammad Tajul Islam Majumder.

Election Sub-committee Convenor Nur Hossain Chowdhury had told bdnews24.com earlier that some 3,200 members out of 4,045 cast their votes.



The other conternders from SASP were Sheikh Awsafur Rahman Bulu and M Sarwar Ahmed (Vice Presidents), Robiul Alam Budu (Secretary), Suja Al Faruk and Mohammad Ali Azam (Assistant Secretaries), M Amir Hossain (Treasurer), and Habibur Rahman Habib, Gowranga Chandra Kor, M Anwar Hossain Reza, Ayesha Flora, Hosne Ara Begum (Babli), Abul Kalam Azad and Zahirul Islam Bhuiyan (Members).

The other runners from JAOP were ABM Waliur Rahman and M Shahajada (Vice Presidents), Barrister Mahbubuddin Khokon (Secretary), ABM Rafiqul Huq Talukder Raja, M Shahiduzzaman and M Saifur Rahman (Assistant Secretaries), M Rabiul Karim (Treasurer), Fatema Khatun, M Alamgir Hossain, M Kamruzzaman Selim, M Wahiduzzaman Sohel, M Mizanur Rahman Masum, Anjuman Ara Begum and Tajul Islam Majumder (Members).
