Brother you don't get to write shia history, at least all of it -------- the type of joe you're referring to is found in every school of thought which in all probability didnt even read The Scripture by themselves and are reliant on ulema su / sorcerers / peers etc . Sounds pretty much like what the Israelites used to do

@Muhammed45 what do you say ?

I am not the one who is writing the history bro, I am one of the fool who is living it, history was written the day when a brother raise a sword against a brother, all i am saying that in a country like India, a Shia scholars openly petition against removal of verses of Quran and the his actions were not condemned by the body of highest clerics of Shia sect speaks a different story, If you notice Indians have a history of glorifying the Shia sect of Indian Muslims compared to Sunni's, I saw a glimpse of this treachery specially in Triple Talaq case where hosts like Arnab bring Shia clerics in support the law to abolish . Numerous songs in India has been written with contents which show Hazrat Ali RA as more than just a companion but someone more divine.
Some people might not see anything wrong with it, but as a Muslim myself I take if offense when someone glorify Ali RA to a position which was reserved for only Prophets and some even go as far as comparing him to Allah, silence against such content whether its a song, speech , book or history will be judged by Allah. May Allah Guides us all

here is a example, just focus on the lyrics and tell me if you find something wrong with it.

Bangladesh: Rally held against Quran petition in India

DHAKA, Bangladesh

Jamaat-e-Islami, Bangladesh's largest religious-political party, organized a rally in the capital Dhaka on Monday to condemn a petition filed in the Indian Supreme Court seeking the removal of 26 verses from the Muslim holy Quran.

Waseem Rizvi, former chairman of the Shia Central Board of Waqf (Trust) in Uttar Pradesh, India, as well as a Bollywood film producer, filed a petition two days ago claiming that parts of the Quran are "provocative of violence" and incite people to "jihad," which he interpreted as armed struggle.

Hundreds of Jamaat supporters came to the capital's business hub of the Motijheel area in small and large groups, and later rallied on the main road amid full-throat slogans against Rizvi.

The protesters also demanded that the Indian court immediately reject the petition and bring Rizvi to trial for hurting over a billion Muslims’ religious sentiments around the world.

Speaking to Anadolu Agency, Jamaat leader Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said no Muslim would dare submit such a petition on the Quran as "Allah Himself has taken the guarantee to protect this book from any alteration."

It is the extreme audacity of Rizvi, the so-called Shia leader, who approached the court for the expulsion of 26 verses from the Quran, which remained unchanged for the last 1,500 years, Rahman added.

"Leave aside 26 verses, no one has the authority to alter even a single digit of the holy Quran," Rahman said.

He urged the Indian government to immediately arrest Rizvi and bring him to trial for hurting the religious sentiments of the world's Muslims.

According to Islamic scholars, the term "jihad" in Islam refers to struggles or strivings for some good cause, such as education, social change, or preaching Islam.

"Jihad is the name given to all-out attempts to accomplish some good aim. It never entails the killing of people or the use of terrorism.

However, some anti-Islamic forces use the term as a synonym for terrorism as part of their Islamophobia propaganda," according to Rafiqul Islam, associate professor at the Arabic Department of Dhaka University.

In name of Allah,
«إِنّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَ إِنّا لَهُ لَحافِظُونَ؛«
((It is certainly We Who have revealed the Reminder, and it is certainly We Who will preserve it.))
9th verse from surah Al-Mubarakah Al-Hijr

Just like Ka'aba Quran is untouchable inshallah. For sure, Indian Muslims know how to respond to this Child Killer rapist regime of Modi. So no worries dear brother.

Stories that are not backed by Quran or Authentic Hadiths carry no authority whatsoever but people are entitled to their beliefs. As far as the Holy Quran is concerned, any Muslim who doesn't accept the Holy Quran as a whole simply can't be called a Muslim. Whether you are a Sunni or a Shia nothing carries more authority than the Holy Quran however interpretations of It may vary. I have seen grave worshipping numerous times here and I must state that it is a shirk, I am a Sunni btw.

If Indian Muslims knew that then they wouldn't have been Indian in the first place and they would have joined Pakistan when the partition happened.

Let me clear this that Grave worship is a product of cultural influence on religion gone wrong, Grave visiting is allowed by Prophet SAW himself when he visited his mother Bibi Amna RA grave, the day when our Prophet who was in 60's cried like a small child. People often distort and confused respect with worship or acts that undermine your but elevate the other stature beyond what a human like you and me can achieve, it remind me of that once someone told me a story about once a Saudi asked a Pakistani why do you decorate graves of people, he respond to honor them and their work, the Saudi respond that if that was allowed in Islam, we Saudi's would build the grave of Prophet in way the whole world would look and awe on it, but despite what he was, what he did and what's his stature was what he said don't do it after me, we don't.

Now coming to other part, its not a theological discussion but a observation which i personal have over India shia's , and how Indian extremists Hindu's bring their leaders and scholars out for support which go against the Sunni's, As for the part where interpretation may vary or be different there is no different of interpretation over if many surah's of Quran were eaten by Sheep or not, or deliberately hidden by certain people. Weather majority of Shia believe that or not doesn't matter the responsibility lies on their clerics, just like many misconception about Sufi's or Sunni's has to taken care of their own scholars, but the silence will always cause people to question their motives.
If Indian Muslims knew that then they wouldn't have been Indian in the first place and they would have joined Pakistan when the partition happened.

Actually many of them did, I am from one of such families who did migrate to Pakistan leaving everything behind, the rest who stayed there become docile and weak. Don't expect any better from them be it a Shia or Sunni Indian Muslim, they are useless the lot of them.

Paying respect to these saints like reciting Surah Fatiha at their grave is a noble act. I completely agree with what you have stated here. My parent's families also migrated here, both families came here from Ludhiana, Punjab.
