I believe that conscription is inversely proportional to quality. We have a strong, professional army...and that should be our focus for the years to come. Leniency is not an option, if we are to maintain professionalism.

Spending money on military is a luxury for any country, it all depends on the threats that particular country faces.

Spending money on military should be reasonable. if you spend too less, you might end up being a failed state. We are spending far below the required level.
