Yes exactly, in 2014 ttp indian terrorists were in full force. That was the year when Pak army lost its patience and launched Zarb e Azb which drove the figure further down.

Before 2008 millions of tourists were visiting Pakistan and I'm sure the trend will rise once again as the security has improved 70 folds and violence is lowest since 2003.
