You don't need any 'clout' to bring an issue into discussion in an international forum like UN agencies bar the UNSC. In fact, Bangladesh has sponsored several resolutions in different UN sessions. But as I said, Bangladesh never brought Pakistan's internal issues in such sessions, but Pakistan did bring Bangladesh's internal matters.

fully concur. Pakistan with China's backing has capacity to form sub regional grouping in South Asia. Lets call it "South Asia - OBR forum". Pakistan, SriLanka, Nepal, Maldives and China can start the group and later Bangladesh can join as well once indian stooges are gone.
