"Sabotaging SAARC summit" sounds pretty much over the top. I'm not sure if the minister really said that or it's just the media.

Pakistan was steering a global campaign against the International Crimes Tribunal which made the Bangladesh government uncomfortable that led to the boycott of the SAARC summit in Islamabad.

If Pakistan really wants to normalize the relations, it needs to start afresh and leave 1971 aside. People generally are not hostile towards Pakistan here and after the Rohingya crisis, there is a realization among the people about the importance of strong relations with the Muslim world.

India would always keep SAARC as dysfunctional as possible since the only good organization in Indian eyes is one that they can dominate and they can not dominate SAARC because of PAK and so it may as well be dead. fully concur. Pakistan with China's backing has capacity to form sub regional grouping in South Asia. Lets call it "South Asia - OBR forum". Pakistan, SriLanka, Nepal, Maldives and China can start the group and later Bangladesh can join as well once indian stooges are gone.

Foreign Minister Khwaja Asif has blamed Bangladesh for not going to the 19th SAARC summit in Pakistan.
On Thursday, the media of the country's press said, in response to the questions asked by parliamentarians about relations with Bangladesh in Pakistan parliament.

He expressed his anger over the execution of war criminals in Bangladesh.

According to the tripartite treaty signed between Bangladesh, India and Pakistan in 1974 after the War of Liberation, Pakistan returned 195 army soldiers to the condition that they will be tried in war crimes in their own country. In the agreement, other war criminals were also called 'the impunity', claiming that the army members violating the terms of the agreement without war crimes trial, Islamabad violating the terms of the agreement.

The Bangladesh government rejected the demand, saying that Pakistan has presented a confusing and partial explanation about the deal, which is 'totally unacceptable'.

"There was no indication that war criminals, crimes against humanity, and plan killers and killers will take immunity or avoid judgment."

In the first part of this year, Khwaja Asif has said that Pakistan and Bangladesh have discussed bilateral political consultancy meetings in Dhaka, he hoped that it will create a chance for the improvement of the relations between the two countries.

Pakistan in this case pointed to the right facts. Indian stooge ruling awami regime spoiled SAARC and is more or less a dead beat.
