এই সময়ের প্রতিবেদনটিতে দশটি দেশের তালিকা দেয়া হয়েছে, এর মধ্যে পাঁচটি ভারতের বন্ধু দেশ আর পাঁচটির সাথে ভারতের বৈরি সম্পর্ক রয়েছে।

স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই বৈরি সম্পর্ক রয়েছে এমন তালিকার প্রথমেই রয়েছে পাকিস্তান। কিন্তু অবাক করা বিষয় হচ্ছে দ্বিতীয় স্থানেই তারা উল্লেখ করেছে বাংলাদেশের নাম। যদিও বাংলাদেশের ক্ষমতাসীন সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে দাবি করা হয়, ভারত বাংলাদেশের ‘পরিক্ষিত বন্ধু’।

Bangladesh hatred for India? Considering how much goods and people move between the two countries, I find this hard to believe. Bangladesh and India may not have brotherly relations, but they do have friendly ones.

Or they're seeing their sovereignty being eroded by the Indian puppet Hasina. It's no secret to anyone that India practically controls BD's politics and security.

Whatever "gratefulness" they may have had, has been declining in recent years, due to India's interference in BD.

Having said that, there is very little BD can do to reverse the gains India has made in BD's internal affairs.

If anyone follows Bangladesh social media there is no doubt that the appropriate word is hatred and the reasons are manifold with killings on the border, interference and sabotage by RAW, economic and trade exploitation, environmental degradation due to Rampal power plant and damming of common rivers and many many other things. Hardly anyone now believes the Indian war propaganda from 1971.

No one is required to be greateful or fall in love with any one...India and BD need each other for their own geographic constraints...So wheather we like it or not, we do not have much choice to even exclude each other...The good part of BD is that at least they do not send terrorist to our Country...So rest of the things if also BD complains about us, we are good with it...

We are not like a landlocked Nepal who is forced to love India. Politicians are not like a bunch of emotionally fired common people. They are very realistic. A help to our struggle in 1971 was decided by the Indian hard headed politicians, because India's security concern would be halved. Why do you expect an eternal love from us?
