Once she went to UK, one Indian citizen named Sri Nirod C Chow a reporter cum writer who was a Jaminder from Kishorganj(Bangladesh) said to Indra Gandhi, Mrs Gandhi, "your father created one Pakistan and you are going to create two Pakistan". On reply Indra Gandhi comented "the spoiler son of India". (authority-An Autobiography of an un-known Indian)

If you can do something productive then reply instead of your off topics and flame bit trolling.

If one sees a post that has reasons to elicit a reply, it will get a productive post.

However, daydreams and raves and rants get the response they so richly deserve so that the juvenile poster is reminded in the language that he understands that this is a place for adults!

even if you want a strong powerful military in future.. the best way is to grow strong economically and raise the per capita gdp. this will lead to more revenues for govt.. if you try to go for a strong military know, then you will divert funds related to development.. u have best examples of countries in south asia which tried to do that.. thats y i said eco should be first priority

@ " Muft me mashwara dene kele shukria(dhanno bad)".

@ It is being experienced that if our defence force is weak than all these economic developments are meaningless in case of Bangladesh.

@ Our army was never strong rather we were forced to make strong. Still we are not that strong. We have to built and make our army that strong which is essential for our defence in relation to India. If we fail than to achieve this than we are gone. But still I tell you with this small army today we are the largest contributor in the UN peace keeping Mission sometimes surpassing India and Pakistan. These Missions are helping a lot. We could never dream off making our Brigades as machanised force but practically due to UN Missions many of our Infantry Brigades are now mechanised.

@ We never think that we would attack India, it is completely impossible but side by side we have to think for our defence in case of Indian attack. We are not ready to follow Indian dictations, for that reason we have to continue to modernise our army.

There is no choice available recognising both the PRC and ROC as legitimate nations, so Bangladesh opted to recognise the PRC. However, there is unofficial diplomatic relations with a ROC representative office in Dhaka. Although Bangladesh does not recognise the ROC (therefore illegal to travel there with a Bangladeshi passport), it quietly lifted a ban on flights between Dhaka and Taiwan.

It requires knowledge to not regurgitate.

The post has been answered and so it reappearing does indicate an agenda and a propaganda ploy that has no merits in an intrinsic way.

If a Bangaldeshi cannot travel to Taiwan, then who is travelling on the Dacca - Taiwan flight?

It would go empty since every other country would have flights landing of airlines of countries having ties with Taiwan.

Or is it a sleight of hand to facilitate businessmen using other passports to carry out trade with Taiwan.

I think China itself has flights to Taiwan and the peoples can come and go.
