Nah man... their daytime duty is the job at ansar... they serve as security guards to commercial buildings etc. I don't think they are volunteers... ain't nobody that jobless in Bangladesh. They need money they need food.

Yeah I think it's a bit by the govt for their service and but by firms that employ them.

No They are a special paramilitary group called Ansars. People of Medina who helped Prophet Muhammad Are called Ansars. Ansar means Helpers. They help the Government in many ways. Such as The Elite Group Rab has Ansar members. They aren't a security guard org but they are used for different purposes all around the county.

Ansar is brought under national pay scale and ration since 2008. But it will be low compared to other forces. They have some other ways too.

they get little bit of money while not on duty. But they can be called anytime as a helping hand for any force, police, army, rab etc and paid accordingly.. Some ansars are fulltime as well.

I think, you have proposed a very constructive idea. BA should positively look at your proposal to use the already trained Ansar manpower to build the infrastructure.

You are trying to break the conspiracy foundation stone of India by saying that BD land area is increasing. So, how would that happen? @Nilgiri of great India would love to hear about this. Will it be built by the trillion ton mud raining down on BD from the sky, or somehow else?

I have no issues with Bangladesh doing whatever it wants....but members should stop all this nonsense of invading India.

No one loves or even likes Bangladesh....so you initiating something will be a good opportunity to cut the Ganges delta down to a more sustainable population permanently.

You initiate it (trolling) we will end it with some pretty stark realities.

Just like what would happen in the conflict several Bangladeshis are proposing/dreaming about with this "ansar" force which sounds to me more like a poor man's red guard in its actual operational capability (i.e it will be crushed pretty badly by the BSF alone).
