Bangladesh 2nd largest economy in South Asia

Look at original imf report. No data for Pakistanis there. Wikipedia has outdated data.
If IMF an official international body doesn't have data why r u relying on a private think tank which r dime a dozen several of em predicted end of Pakistan several times in the past but still here we r :)

I'm sorry, but You can not insult the friendly nation of Turkey , while Carrying the Turkish flag .

You may not like the BD, or you may hate their politics, but this does not give you the freedom to create a perception about the Turkish people.

Log in to the forum with the flag of your country where your passport belongs or correct your style.
Worry not brother. We understand @Hakikat ve Hikmet is just an individual. Even if he is a Turk, that won't create any negative perception, since he's only one individual. Although he is very likely to be a false flagger.

Because it's data is consistent with the economic situation of Pakistan. Not only that it has data of other countries which are pretty believable as well.

This data conflicts with WB/IMF.
No, it doesn't. WB have only updated their data up to 2017...which is already in the distant past.

BD's data is consistent with IMF data..while there is no data available for Pakistan according to IMF.
So tell me, what conflict can you see?

.
@Black_cats Can you please do us a kind favour and STOP DRAGGING IN INDIA/PAKISTAN IN THREAD TITLES!!!
Yes agreed . Since some fellas are agitated ,so I do not think we need to drag Pakistan/India in thread Title or in every thread . If some effort is helpful to avoid unnecessary conflict , why don't we avoid it? Also we have to consider that in this forum we might have some young fellas , so we also need to pay attention to there mentality , and we also should not forget that once we passed those ages. But it looks some of us really can not do that , or do not want to do that . I have no reason to appreciate that .
There are others way to show our development and prosperity .

Its private think tank report not world bank /IMF report
Here is.official IMF report
GDP in 2019

Nominal
Pakistan: 342 Billion
Bangladesh: 312 Billion

Purchasing Power
Pakistan: 1.235 Trilllion
Bangladesh: 822 Billion

This data conflicts with WB/IMF.

IMF and WB data on Pakistan for 2019 is projected data from 2017, which has not been adjusted for new PKR exchange rate and lower growth rate than expected.

Not only Pakistan's GDP growth for FY 2018-19 has slowed to less than 3%.

In USD term, Pakistan's GDP has shrunken.

.
there are not surprising that Bangladesh is going to surpass Pakistan in every direction and the gap between the two country will increase if our current rate of economic growth continue to grow unhindered . the reason because we are seeing a tranquil socio economic situation for last two decade compare to Pakistan facing backslash fro the US so called war on terror in Afghanistan . now the terrorism in side Pakistan have reduced significantly and power shortage problem are going to solve due to CPEC project hopefully Pakistan can try to catch us .:-)

According to available data on IMF/WB this report is understating Pakistan's GDP by at least $40 billion.

Mapping Pakistan's economy is very difficult. According to estimates, the actual value of Pakistan's black economy is close to $150 billion.

That explains why Pakistanis mostly remain immune to economic crisis.

Then please cite this available data and explain what we are missing here.

. .
Pakistani GDP in dollars has reduced sharply due to rupee devaluation

.
Look at the disparity between two sources reg Pakistan GDP.
Which two sources actually? WB data is only up to 2017. IMF could not make any projection due to lack of data.

According to this report Pak GDP have shrunk from from what it was in 2018. Based on your currency devaluation it does not seek far fetched. I fail to see any disparity. If I am missing something, then let me know.

It was long due... your dollar gdp was increasing around 10/15% a year without any tangible growth on the ground. It had to be adjusted someday.

Rupiah Indonesia still undervalued since 2014 by more than 20 % of nominal level in 2012, IF Rupiah keep rising against US dollar and reach our supposed balanced level of rp 11.000-12.000 instead of our current 14.000 level our GDP in nominal US dollar long been touched 1.3 to 1.4 trillion us dollar. Well you need to sacrificing something to gaining more stable and easily controlled economy. You need to keep Current account deficit is in check, taking more devisa from export and discouraging people to import more luxurious and unnecessary stuff....

Well i suppose we can catch to mexico, spain and Australia level of GDP nominally soon.

Bd got good and decent performance in economy front, just need some commitments in reform especially at finance and regulation

.
BD might overtake PK is every area. I will not be surprise now if it happens.

Pakistan has spoiled its last 20 years, whereas Bangladesh has build its foundation by integrating women to the productivity.

Pakistan will need 10 years (just assumption), to make any big gap with BD, if there will be any ever.

BD developed because of its social-cultural structure, literacy rate and women force.

Just imagine Afghanistan, where there is no favorable social-cultural structure, literacy and women force to support its growth. And, more or less the similar context exists in half of the Pakistan.

But I do not want to give credit to AL/Hasina. I think it is normal that BD is developing and would have done more under better governance.

FROM ME, NO CREDIT TO AL/HASINA
