The Muslims of Bengal were at the forefront of Pakistan Movement on whose lap you are sleeping, eating and enjoying life without being torturing by the Punjabi Sikhs. Say, thanks to us for rescuing you from their claws.
thankfully they were muslim unlike people like you. go worship india

Yes.Your 150 nuclear warhead is doing you much good when India is killing, raping, torturing our brothers & sisters in IoK.

While not as powerful as Pakistan,Bangladesh military will be a potent conventional force by 2030 InshaAllah.

India currently has to worry about Pakistan & rebels in some states. At most China as well. That's 2.5 fronts. However, you can't be certain of China directly joining an Indo-Pak war as that might bring US & it's allies to directly intervene as well.

Bangladesh brings a new front & a hostile border against the hindu rashtra to the table if cooperation with Pakistan succeeds. We won't be able to fight India on equal footing as Pakistan as able to.However, even if we just marshal our troops on the Indian border, that will cause them to divert precious resources to tackle this threat.Resources that they could have used against Pakistan.Be it troops, tanks, artillery, jets etc.
And that, might just make a difference in the outcome of any war.
This is my analysis based on my own knowledge & observation. Of course I might be wrong in many cases.I'll be happy to have the mistakes corrected by more knowledgable members.

Just a few points.

At present Bangladesh is a non-factor militarily.

But thats not to say in the future that has to be the case.

India is probably aware of this and hopes to and has effectively thus far neutralized this potential threat with diplomacy.

Quite frankly, I am ashamed of the BD government and their apparent pandering to a BJP led India.

It's shameful in light of their attitude and strategies towards Muslims/Islam.

But of course, the one thing AL is doing is providing political stability in order for the economy to improve.

So it hasn't been all bad.

As to BD-PK relations, I hope this improves in the future.

If nothing else, on a religious basis, we are told that unity is the answer.

Also, on a personal basis, at least living in the US, most of my closest friends are Pakistani.

I think its a matter of how religious minded one is whether they allow ethnic or nationalisitic biases to affect how they view the other.

But from the perspective of a Muslim, I see Pakistanis and for that matter other Muslims as my brother over say a Bengali Hindu or Christian.

Anyways, PDF is PDF, starting from the OP and his motivations to post this to the moronic Pakistanis and Bangladeshis going at it as usual.

However, I am pleased to see there are some Pakistanis and Bangladeshis on this thread with the correct mindset both religiously and strategically.

BD people are better Muslims than the fanatics in Pakistan who aspire to get into Paradise on the merit of killing innocent people. Bazaars are bombed in Pakistan and Afghanistan by the Pak Taliban and now by the Pakistan-based ISIS fanatics.

Even Shia Mosques and wedding ceremonies are regularly bombed by the Paradise-seekers. Who gave you mandate to kill Ahmadis? Muslims or no Muslims is decided by Allah, not you. Yet, you claim yourselves Muslim!! Very strange!!

So, live alone in your unique Paradise without others being your companion. It is a shame that you guys call yourself Muslim without remorse for the past misdeeds.

Bangladesh people have not sent Application Papers to Pakistanis to consider us Muslims. We are better off without you. So, do not throw random Fatwa.

loooool

let me educate you as I live in Pakistan and have been to and go regularly to Bangladesh.
most Bengali people are nice...unlike you
the hatred generated here is by a stupid Bengali politician who for his own good has lemming like you shouting behind him. if you are such a great nation then why do your streets smell. why is there poverty at every corner. why are Bengalis dying to go to foreign lands and earn a penny.
This India worshipping politician of your....why did even even have to mention Pakistan? those that can do do and those that cant talk.
regarding Bengali muslims being better than Pakistani… well I hope they are. but I hope Allah judges you the way you negatively judge others. one thing I am sure of if you are a muslim you are a poor example.
regarding better off with out us.....good f off and stop mentioning Pakistan. fact is you cant stop talking about us can you.
I think u are a typical; Bengali that works in a UK takeaway and shouts a lot chewing pan and abusing his wife whilst supporting hindu india in cricket against pakistan and then say I am a muslim with a can of beer in your hand and putting bets on the matches. I know your kind.
pantha bhat for breakfast is it?

True. For the time being. Bangladesh is fastest growing economy in the region. Pakistan is in deep economic sh*t.

This is temporary.

Bangladesh is heavily dependent on garments export. As economy expands, the edge Bangladesh has in garment export will shrink as wages increase and cost advantage lowers.

What is permanent is that East Pakistan was a free, independent country. Bangladesh is India's bit*h. I would not trade economic prosperity at the cost of my freedom.

typical muslim behavior

We have already witnessed your highlife mindset in 1971.

Lol...Keep believing that billion zillion rapes myth. The fact is bangla women are way too ugly to be raped , let alone be touched. You lot look like Indians who are unattractive to boot.

Keep repeating that bogus 3 million figure. No country in the world except Bangladesh and India even recognize it.

Bangladesh has the fastest GDP growth in South Asia and one of the fastest in the world while Pakistan is “begging around to save its economy”: Hasan Mahmud

Bangladesh Information Minister Hasan Mahmud on Saturday said his country has left Pakistan far behind in all indices of social, human and economic development.

“This is our quiet revenge for the genocide Pakistan unleashed on us in 1971,” Mahmud said at the Kolkata Press Club while unveiling a book published by the club on the contributions of Calcutta journalists in the Bangladesh liberation war.

He said Bangladesh has the fastest GDP growth in South Asia and one of the fastest in the world while Pakistan is “begging around to save its economy”.

“Jinnah’s two-nation theory has failed and its byproduct Pakistan is struggling to survive. And our Bengali nation sustained by our very rich language and culture has proved Kissinger wrong because he said our country is a bottomless basket and we are now role model for the developing world,” Mahmud said.

He said the Bengalis exploded two-nation theory and proved the bonds of language and culture are far stronger than religion.

Mahmud said Bangladesh’s achievements specially during the last ten years of Awami League rule under PM Sheikh Hasina ‘speaks for itself and needs no drum-beating’.

Bangladesh is quietly developing infrastructure including nuclear power plants for speedy industrialisation instead of going for nuclear weapons like Pakistan which is on the verge of an unprecedented economic crisis to the extent the Prime Minister’s office cannot pay its electricity dues.

The Standard Chartered has recently predicted that Bangladesh will cross India’s per capita income by 2030.

“Imran Khan said before coming to power that he will take Pakistan to the development levels of Sweden, only to be reminded by commentators of his country that first his Naya Pakistan should try catching up with Bangladesh,” said Mahmud.

Mahmud said Hasina has ensured ‘the sacrifice of our people’ and that of her father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman has not gone in vain.

He said Bangladesh is ever grateful to India for the support in the liberation war and Hasina’s government has addressed India’s security and connectivity concerns with all sincerity.

“We hope our relations will scale new heights and all bilateral problems will be sorted out through dialogue and mutual trust,” he said.

Senior Calcutta-based war correspondents, who covered the upheaval of 1971 liberation war, narrated their heady experiences.

They thanked the Kolkata Press Club for doing the special volume, which is dedicated to two Calcutta-based freelancers Surajit Ghoshal and Deepak Banerjee, who were killed by the Pakistan army after capture inside what was then East Pakistan.

Pakistan is a strong Country who enjoys the leisure of making its own decisions while bangladesh has to beg around for it. what a dependent independence.

Agree with the statement bd is dependent on textile related industry but the industry itself will survive for long time and will keep growing. Reason is bd will still have tariff free status till 2027 and even after that bd cost will be lower then china and vietnam two other heavy weight in this sector. If bd economy slow down it will be from bad debt crisis or political instability if something like that happen. But it wont be because of garments sector. By 2030 another 200 billion plus of chinese export related to garments leather toys etc will move out and those will come to bd or at least portion of it.

This is a good documentary on Amazon Prime.

Its heartbreaking how Bangladeshis have been suffering at same time at the hands of poverty and these big fashion brands. May Allah give strength to Bangladesh.
