Sad Incident but its vary rare in Karnataka to face racism. me too once or twice faced this when i was driving in Local bus and was talking in Hindi..then Conductor told me "Karnataka main rahna hai to Kannada bolna padega"..but the passengers were nice and they managed the situation.

But Delhi has very poor record....probably bad in country not only for NE people but for other communities also...NE people are soft target because of their unique appearance. ..
