Balochistan Cheers Up!

.
No offence but I think Pashtun and Hazaras together make majority in Quetta City and Pashtuns are about 50% in Balochistan province. And you guys yourself says Baloch discontent lies in Three tribes.

. . .
No need for this thread to be honest. Baluchistan is part of Pakistan and whether it gives them happiness or sadness it doesn't matter just like any other part of Pakistan.

.
As long as their is discontent, RAW or India will be able to use Balochistan.

What we need to deal with is the discontent and problems the people face in Balochistan. We need to deal with their fears and their problems. Once we deal with these problems we will automatically dislodge India from balochistan.

I just want people to know that when the people of a region are unhappy or alienated they make easy targets to be used by anyone. Desperation is a powerful tool that can be used to the benefit of any powerful entity. That is why our primary concentration should be on satisfying the Baloch no matter how hard it may seem.

. .
What a stupid(sad to say) why is he comparing Balochistan with Kashmir? Balochistan is legally part of Pakistan & not a disputed territory.:hitwall:

do u even know proper urdu, he was talking about military repressions in the region all of which have failed.....

GO imran go, go and turn this country into what its supposed to be.....

How can you expect a turnout like Karachi or Lahore when Quetta has hardly a population of 1 million as compare to other two cities who have a huge population. On the other hand the make shift ground where the jalsa was held due to rain it was fully packed and people were present on the trees and and around the ground. The rain also played it's part. This jalsa is just a start of PTI activities in Baluchistan province and would continue till elections and you would see many more people joining PTI.

Imran Khan Speech at Quetta Jalsa - 20th April 2012 - YouTube!

Good For pakistan if baluchis are willing to reunite and give up their seperatist movement, the baloch province if almost a left out province along with its people , JALSA isn't a magic stick which can brighten up balochistan, there are various issues of un-employement , Discrimination , and many more issues to be soughted out

Well I live in Karachi and I know most participants of the jalsa were people who lived in Karachi. In mathematical terms at least 85%-90% people were residents of Karachi. And even in Karachi people from other provinces participated. You might have heard about people from Punjab participating in Karachi jalsa.

jalsa not any baloch!

I hope you will share us that technology which tells us that such and such group of people are present among a crowd of thousands.

alarm bells should be rining!!

It's ringing I think. And alarm bells should have rang far before. Imran knows the situation much better than you and that's why he held a jalsa in that province which is most neglected by other parties.

Karachi features in the largest cities of the world. Quetta is, thanks to the government, highly neglected with a low population. That's why there was a low turnout since Quetta is small
