How do you know it was destoryed? video is not clear and shows a blast only

because unless if something happened is not there the things does not happen.

T90 has a formidable platform and has capacity to take few hits of ATGM. single Baktar Shikan being a much older weapon system has a less chances of crippling T90 even in case of direct hit.

Whatever it was, it was hit in the end, right on target.The flash fire towards the end proves it.
Was it FSA in Darra ? is also something we cant confirm, same for T90..so lets have someone who can refute this come in and help us understand.

I am not asking you to be afraid but asking you to be prepared. These feel good videos can cause us a huge damage. Do you really think a vintage weapon system of 70s can destroy one of the top of the line 90s Tank with much advance features in a single shot?

Or put it this way, if Baktar shikan is capable enough then why buying Kornet E missile?

In life we can never know how things will turn out with certainty. But the purpose of a brain is to help us work towards eliminating chances of failure by continuingly improving ourselves. Baktar Shikan (BS) is licensed production of HJ8 by Pakistan. BS has been exported to Bangladesh and Malaysia. Both the Syrian Army and rebel forces are known to posses HJ8 but not sure if Syria ever bought BS version.

BS is not that bad, why are members here underestimating it ? it has avg 800 to 900 mm penetration if even a marginal error 500mm of penetration could be devastating to sides and weak spots of tank i-e even abrams.
