Everone loves him.he can get away only in pak ist tan.every illegal thing . .jonny. J&B. Narco. Prostitutes. What ever you need . Available just. Behind the big mosque. Cheers to sucess. Of imorality. He just divided .the rich and poor even more.

Malik Riaz is a known land grabber and qabza mafia. In his first ever project in Rawalpindi, he was greatly helped by his accomplice Taji Khokhar who is a notorious badmash and a friend of Zardari, jailed for murdering a widow who refused to sell her house.

Malik Riaz terrorizes people, indirectly of course, and pressurizes them into selling their land off dirt cheap. Selling their land at a much higher price might be fair since he works their land but forcing someone to sell is a crime nevertheless. His victims are mostly poor farmers/villagers as he buys land away from the main city. You will not see any of the self righteous journalists e.g Hamid Mir who talks sh*t about army and establishment every other day and conducts programs on frauds like Mama Qadir just to bash army ever talk about the crimes of Malik Riaz---Because Riaz feeds them. Our "free media" never criticizes him even when a street child here knows that that man is a criminal. He's bribed media as well.


However the notion that "only corrupt live there" is the one which is peddled by the ones wearing the tin foil headgear. I personally know many middle class and upper middle class people living there who are neither army nor corrupt. As the title says affordable, so normal people like you and me do buy them, just like we would invest in property elsewhere since small plots there are not that expensive.

Heard a lot of praises for his affordable yet "modern" housing schemes for middle class Pakistanis. But his method of acquiring the land by force from peasants (as you and someone else pointed out) is criminal but I'm not shocked considering the people he's affiliated with and honestly anyone with that kind of money has to have connections and often they aren't the best people (to put it mildly).

Most Journalists by their profession are political hacks towing the line of whoever writes their paycheck. Musharraf should have never given these people the freedom to spread their lies.

There really is no such thing as "free" anything, this is one of the biggest lies the media advocates peddle.
