The best part is people living in small duplex, town houses on 150-200 sq. yards can avail all the facilities earlier associated with elitist lifestyle, people living in big 2000, 1000 sq.yds homes,

The club houses, the gyms, schools, hospitals , shopping centers, malls and above all, the cleanliness and proper town planning(encompasses everything) is what makes it a success.

It is not elitist with elitist lifestyle facilities...should be available en mass.

If you compare with the housing prices in Islamabad and Bahria Town Rawalpindi, there is a a huge huge difference in prices. In Islamabad prices could be as high as 5 times as a rule.

One reason Bahria Town is so successful, proper housing is the right of the masses and not a select few, elitist class.

Yes some confusion about the peripheries of DHA and Bahria Town not properly demarcated, and overlapping each others.

Like Emmaar Canyon views is supposedly in DHA but many sectors of Bahria Town is also jutting into DHA.


Emmaar Canyon views, DHA Phase I, Rawalpindi, with themed sectors like Mirador, other mediterranian themes.
