Backtracking: India says no helicopters used in 'surgical strikes'

Rathore said the Indian Army crossed the Line of Control (LoC) “on the ground” for carrying out what he termed were “pre-emptive strikes”. “That is not like crossing the international border.”

Lol-

.
So they crossed LoC on foot ?

Even if I try to doubt ISPR's version of the event and TRY to believe the Indian account,it's becoming increasingly difficult to do so.

It requires you to be blinded by patriotism and take leaps of faith to believe what is being projected.

. .
Amusing to see people still doubting this action with straw man arguments... Presumably paradropping comes under aerial strikes... hehehe..

So why are they labeling it as surgical strikes

Yeah how can we doubt the ten hours trekking, paradropping, 4 hours in Pakistan, 7 launch pads,
Ramboesq fighting and taking out terrorists and then trekking back across heavily manned loc
With no more than a scratched knee

It makes perfect sense and dosent look like a flop bollywood film at all:woot:o_O

Just a day after India claimed that its army carried out “surgical strikes” inside Pakistan with the support of military choppers, a senior Indian minister retracted the claim saying “these did not involve any aerial operations.”

“There were no aerial strikes,” Indian Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, himself an ex-Indian Army man, toldThe Hindu during an interview.

Rathore said the Indian Army crossed the Line of Control (LoC) “on the ground” for carrying out what he termed were “pre-emptive strikes”. “That is not like crossing the international border.”

‘Surgical’ farce blows up in India’s face

On Thursday, soon after the Indian military claimed that it had carried out “surgical strikes” against perceived “terrorist launch pads” on the Pakistani side of the LoC in disputed Kashmir region, the Pakistani Army ripped to shreds the Indian farcical claim as an “illusion being deliberately generated by the Indians to create false effects”.

Rathore’s remarks appeared to endorse the version of the army’s media wing, ISPR, which insisted: “there has been no surgical strike by India, instead there had been cross-border fire initiated and conducted by India.”

While Indian media grossly exaggerated New Delhi’s claim the Pakistani media, however, questioned its authenticity.

The Indian Express had called it a “defining moment” but said the government must now be vigilant to ensure that the “clamour for more” did not fuel an escalation in hostilities.

The Hindustan Times welcomed the strikes in an editorial headlined “Befitting response”, and said India would “take satisfaction from the revenge, served cold”.

Cross-border raid: Strategic analysts laugh off Indian claim

The Indian army provided little insight as to how the entire operation was conducted. The media there, however, said the operation was a combination of heliborne and ground forces. Special forces were para-dropped for the operation, it added. It said alleged terror launch pads targeted were in the range of 2- 3 kilometres from the LoC.

they could be para dropped within their own Lines and then the troops would have trekked into the Pak territory. All I could read was no aerial assets were used for the "strike" ( “There were no aerial strikes,”). But that does not mean no aerial assets were used period.

This is the indo Pak border & LOC from space;

No mans land and each side has mined their side..

This is the worlds most militarised border on the planet..

Hostilities are on going .. Pak is subsequently conducting .. Massive Air (HIGH MARK -- uses all Pak assets countrywide),PASSEX with Iranian Navy ex... Joint ex Drozhba 2016 with Russians and another on the indo Pak border...

Did you expect the Fukin world to believe that 4 chopper (again backtracked from the claim)... Indian troops crossed the border went inside Pakistani territory .. Conducted an operation for 4 Fukin hours at 5-6 different places without Pakistan knowing ?

What we insiders can confirm is that india has conducted heavy mobilisation of troops meanwhile our troops started aggressive patrolling ...

At night a patrolling party of 8th NLI and heavy presence of Indian controls confronted eachother...2 casualties on our side ..

8 on indian and 1 captured..apart from that arty duels took place .. Pakistan released footage of 3 Indian posts being destroyed by heavy fire..

india has provided no detail nor their pathetic media has even questioned the narrative of their army... India has given no proof or evidence or even details of the so called "strike"... Not even the areas where they "allegedly" conducted "surgical strikes"..

And have backtracked from their own statements several times..

So how exactly did Indian Army conduct these surgical strikes? Do enlighten us with your thoughts.

Invisible underwear and flying carpets... Also also used ancient Hindu black magic to kill 20000 people.

Another equally interesting phenomenon can be witnessed at PDF
  • Indians are mostly absent
  • Some newbies are giving one liners
  • A few are giving side opinions
  • None is debating
  • None is trying to justify their official claims
Looks like Indians have started sensing how much fool their government is trying to make. Could India imagine India would've conducted a military strike on Pakistan and in Pakistan business would be as usual, stock market would be gaining (it gained 171 points) and on the other hand, India has ZERO evidence to show?

It seem our neighbors can't even decide what they did and How they did it ??
