China is leading in missile deployment now, everybody admit. Mainly because the US treaty with USSR on cruise missile from the cold wars, but they're catching up fast. 1000 PrsM to be fielded by 2023, negating China's advantage on ground based missile.You are still trapped in symetric warfare, think assymetric one.
China is ahead in some missile tech, at least same quality in term of radar and sensors, including laser and railgun.
