Kohli is 6 years older than Babur and has got 8000 more ODI runs and 6000 more test runs. That's about 2,500 international runs per calendar year. The highest run scored in one callender year (test+ODI) is 2,800 something by Kumar Sangakara. Not to forget, he has 65+ centuries more too.

Nobody is denying Kohli is a master class.But on the other hand Babar is a master class in making too.As babar is the quickest to 1000 in t20 who knows he might score more than 2800 in a calendar year.I remember how the 2last tour england went for kohli.But he got back with improved game.Only thing common in babar and kohli is they both are improving their game day by day.

A lot of batsmen are comparable to Kohli in T20s not just Babar Azam since Kohli is not known for his explosive batting like Chris Gayle, etc. Even though he can be explosive at times, his habit of playing shots along the ground is enough to solidify his place as one of the best T20 players if not the best along with Babar Azam (so far).

In ODIs though, these two are just not comparable. Kohli with the average of 60 at 10000+ runs is in his own league. But a lot of people here missing a very crucial ODI stat when comparing Kohli and Babar Azam which is the strike rate. Babar Azam even with his 51 average in ODIs has a strike rate of 85 which might be the reason why Pakistan is not able to score enough runs to win games. What is more interesting is his strike rate goes down to around 75 if you remove his matches minnows. Now that is a disaster. Imagine Sehwag had strike rate of 90 at 50 average in Test cricket.

And let's not even compare Kohli and Babar Azam in Test cricket. There is no batsman in the world who excels in all 3 formats of the game except Kohli. Instead of being salty, Pakistanis should genuinely acknowledge it and maybe inspire from his dedication towards his work and fitness.

Starting from 2nd post your countrymen are belittling Kohli. As someone else said here Ajit Agarkar was once the fastest one to take 50 wickets in ODIs but never went on to become a greatest of all time ODI bowler.

I'm not so sure about the second post but Babar Azam has clearly broken Kohli's record in T20 for fastet 1000 runs. No one has ever claimed Babar Azam to be the greatest batsman of all time. He is not even the best from the pool of batsmen Pakistan has to offer at present.
