Azerbaijan has had the capability to take Karabakh back for some time now, and that capability keeps growing.

However, one must understand human, economic and political cost of such war, human cost will be tens of thousands of dead from both sides, political and economic cost is sanctioned Azerbaijan and potential heavy involvement of Russia.

Wars nowadays are not simply about having capability.

As Azerbaijan is a stronger side now, it will cost Armenia a lot. each time they attack, Azerbaijan take some land back as blood price

Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu announced that if Azerbaijan decided to rescue by military operation for Karabakh, they were behind Azerbaijan until the end.

I really don't understand why Azerbaycan always reacts so reluctant. Armenia is daring to attack them even outside of the disputed areas but the Aliyev regime isn't doing sh*t considering what they have in their arsenal.

Because there is Russia behind the Armenians. Russia also has nuclear weapons. When Azerbaijan goes to war, it doesn't just throw itself into the fire. Turkey is also set on fire. Azerbaijan has to consider all this. It is not child's play to go to war with the Russians.
