It depends on the internal affairs of Armenia as well. before the recent war, there was heavy criticism against Armenian government since the emigration from Armenia to abroad has increased significantly and also by considering how old the Armenian population is getting, it would be a vital threat to even existence of Armenia. if the emigration continues, Armenia will become bunch of villages with some old 70-80 years old men and women living there. So, their government needed a small-scale war, to distract public, and also to test Azerbaijan army after recent progressing equipments and trainings, ... of our army. So, it is really hard to tell, but there is a considerable possibility that the next war will be very soon.

btw, i noticed many of the casualties from Azerbaijan's side are very young, like 19~22, does Azerbaijan also send conscripts to the front or are these bros part of the professional army?

You guys bought some long range missiles from Pakistan? Why long range (3000 km)?

.
Azerbaijan and Armenia promised not to make war about Karabakh again, Putin could end the conflict at that day on this very table but he doesnt, the status quo will continue...

If the issue is resolved who will need Russia ? As long as the status quo is maintained both side will need Russia. Kremlin retains the power to have the last word. No-one wants to give up influence.

If that is a question, then the answer is NO, we have not bought 3000 km range missiles. Not from Pakistan nor from any other country.

The range of fire medium-range missiles is about 3000 km.
Azerbaijan has gained the medium range ballistic missiles EXTRA of Israeli production (130 km) and long-range missiles (2,000 km) made in Pakistan.

Oxu.Az reports citing Haqqin.Az that the information was provided by hurriyet.com.tr.

It has to be noted that in order not to disturb the balance of power, Russia does not sell long-range ballistic missiles to Armenia and Azerbaijan. At the same time, Russia has installed operational-tactical missile complexes "Iskander" with nuclear warheads on a military base in Armenia near the Turkish border.

The ballistic missiles with a range 1000-5500 km can be fitted with a nuclear warhead.

The missiles of Israel Military Industries (IMI) have the caliber of 306 mm, a length of 3.97 m, a launch weight of 450 kg and a 125 kg weight of warhead.

Pakistani missile "Shaheen-1" is capable of hitting targets at a distance of 750 km, "Hatf-4" is an improved version of the "Shaheen-1" missile with a longer range. The exact range of "Shaheen-1A" advanced missile called the "Hatf-4" is not officialy reported, although the range of fire medium-range missiles is about 3000 km.

the news that azerbaijan bought 2000 km range missile originates from moskow based reporter of hurriyet newspaper. he doesn't site any sources. besides, it's weird that he mentions israeli missile. extra is not a ballistic missile, it's just your mrls which azerbaijan has in great numbers (t-300, smerch, uragan etc.). azerbaijan has tochka which is a tactical ballistic missile. also, let's not forget MNPT.

edit: russia does not deploy iskanders in gyumri military base. that's armenian fanboys' wet dream.

Retarded morons who probably call themselves "journalist". Another reason for why I hate "haqqin".

Besides, Azerbaijan has had EXTRA for a long time.

EXTRA is indeed an artillery rocket, the difference is that it's guided.

IIRC, EXTRA stands for extended range artillery. these newspaper "military experts" are one of a kind LOL.

Can you tell me what's your opinion about this news with more details? There was also a similar news about negotiating with Pakistan to buy some long range missiles, but it was not clear that what range they exactly mean, and what was the type of missile? was it ballistic or cruise missile?

Azerbaijan interested in Pakistan’s long-range missiles
