You can work at McDonalds on minimum wage for 2 weeks in America and make more than a average Pakistani does in the whole year

I would also add that a massive health inspection drive will also be needed which will clamp down on ALL unhealthy food items selling in majority metropolitan cities such as snacks e.g. Gutka and alike ...

On green revolution I believe an awareness exist and people in several cities have under taken projects with "apni madad aap" to plant trees etc.

Have you been to Iraq, Papua New Guinea, Afghanistan, Congo etc? I have and I can tell you that these places have NO comparison at all with Pakistan. We like to shit on our healthcare, education systems, and I am not saying they are world class, but you just to visit these countries to see how different things are.

These "one size fits all" numbers do not even come close to portraying the actual on ground situation. There a lot of things which these numbers do not capture. I am no expert on economics, finance or human development, I am just sharing my experience with you. Someone with more knowledge of these numbers, how they are calculated, can shed some light here.

You do know that there is NO standard method to calculate GDP per capita which each country follows. Each country has it's own method and the said organisations have to accept the figures of each government. That means that GDP per capita figures are easy to manipulate and subject to fraud:

True. But it usually isn't off by orders of magnitude. Like usually it is +/- 20% or so.
