They can't. There is a recent law in UK that foreign government can ask assets of money launderers confiscated. This will be used against Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz since she is beneficial owner of the flats and Pakistani citizen

In any civilized country a convicted criminal would not be allow to speak publicly to influence elections. Let's see him come and hopefully someone will put contempt of court charges on him and his brother too.
