Purposely fake, misleading title.

If you read the article carefully(Which you have failed to do so) you will see that the defence minister said the Australian Defence Force should be capable and ready to deploy to the mideast or anywhere else in the world where there is instability if another major conflict occurred.

Creating a fake, misleading title that implies Australian soldiers are about to invade Pakistan and Lebanon is just ridiculous and is only serving to create fear which seems to happen often on his forum a lot.

Also it's not really helpful when people then respond to these misleading threads with untrue insults such as the one "qamar1990" posted.

"should be ready" with specifying countries/area?, as if his mother owned it?

when you pass such a comment you say, we are ready to deal with any external threat, not express your greedy ambition to land forces on other's land.

your clarification doesnot justify his irresponsible statement.

In 2007/8, Russia, India and China got together and discussed a trilateral alliance - economic as well as military, but unfortunately the Indian establishment baulked at the idea after analyzing the implications that would hurt Indian interests in the long run vis a vis the West led by the US of A.

If such an alliance would have come about, the world's geopolitical scenario would have changed forever. The West wouldn't be throwing it's weight around as it is doing now - from Egypt to Syria to Iran to Pakistan. A second pole in what is now a unipolar world would have held the West on a leash.

Geopolitical implications?Like West having plans and attempting to Balkanize India?
