Sure, China may have bad air, but they have shit load of money to buy whatever they want. They are buying up your natural resources, your farm products, now your air. Meanwhile, they turn your raw materials into cheap products and sell back to you, and create the biggest middle class in the world in the process. Are you sure you are the one who is holding winning chip?

India is even poorer than China. While there are plenty of countries in asia where air pollution is out of control finding one that isn't poor is tricky. Of course there's always a few rich people in any country.
