Rig Veda 9.13.9 says , 'O Pavamamas, driving off the godless, looking on the light, Sit in the place of sacrifice'.

Rig Veda 1.84.8 is talking of a man who does not offer gift to Indra and not about any infidel.

Rig Veda 8.64.1-2 does not talk about any infidel either.

Yajur Veda 13.12 is talking of burning down the King's enemies and not infidels.
