Not sure on beating, but resisting yes.

Will be foolish to think you can defeat, UK, France, Spain, Germany and co simultaniously.

China's armed force is designed to resist a true behemoth like the US army, the EU army would only be less than 1/2 of its firepower.

And i doubt the EU army can even take down a country like India.

Our second artillery also has trained to blow out dozen of US supercarriers if they are foolish enough to attack our coastline, and the EU navy is a joke compared to the USN.

India can resist the attack from the EU, but China can just manage to beat them with the heavy casualty as a price.

Those SAMs are not capable of shooting down Tomahawk, JASSM, JSOW, JDAM, SDB; the upgraded SA-3 is capable but I do not know if Libya has them or not.

These SAMs is not designed to shoot down cruise missiles which is completely undetect on radars. Only shooting down jets.

Well, it depends if India Airforce and Anti-aircraft missile units can beat the fleet of Gripen, Rafael, Typhoon, F-1x. The EU countries have no chance to beat India if they can't control the sky over India.

An anti-Ghaddafi Libyan woman was firing the gun at the sky to celebrate after they repulsed the attack from the government forces .

Even though the PLA has more advanced equipment, the quantity of the equipment will be outnumbered if all of Europe combines.

For example, when the US Army fought the PLA in the Korean War, even though their military were more advanced, they could not hold off waves of attack, especially when the enemy was cunning.

In many areas, but not all.

India has ballistic missiles, and that alone will jeopardize EU's ground movements.
India will also put the BrahMos missile against European fleets.
