I get the feeling that all of this escalation in attacks is a sick ploy by certain players to create an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty that will influence elections, by either delaying or preventing or helping to select existing govt. Had highlighted the gaps in the training and abilities of KP Prisons Dept. and how they were seeking help from Pakistan Army in terms of arsenal and training.
