Assasination attempt on Bulgarian-Turkish politician failed on video

Doesn't seem like assassination was the goal here. What's the need of running up square-in-the-face when you possess a gun? :undecided:

We should be able to have our fun moments from time to time too. :D

Btw, since this thread is already gone off-topic, what do you think about the sticky threads, I kind of think there are too much sticky threads in our section and also I want to ask about a Turkish Discussion thread.Should we try it again? Ofcouse, without spamming it like some members did before.

*gasp* What a vile language! :D

Deno, I asked before and last time I am asking, why do not you create a sticky thread about the satellites. There are many threads about it and I think it would be good to have a sticky thread so everyone can post pictures, news and discuss them.

I am sorry, I didn't see those posts, you could always pm me for that. :) I am not knowledgeable in terms of space technologies so I don't think I am qualifed to create a thread about that so it would be better for a person with more knowledge to create the Turkish Space Technologies - News and Updates thread.

I seriously though at the beginnin i was the only one watching the anime let alone reading the manga :)

Everyone loves anime/mangas and x variants :offtopic: Just for that reason i believe Japan must be protected by UN till the end of time so they can produce anime/mangas for us forever! :yahoo:

This is the only damn manga character I've ever loved. Good thing with Hellsing is, it's Turkish dubbing is much more awesome than the English and Japanese ones.

Other than that, I like "The Punisher" of Marvel and "DREDD" of Comic Con. Two very cruel characters.

There's also that Turkish comic series "Kötü Kedi Şerafettin" that one's pretty cool too :)

I can express myself in English just as good as i do in Turkish so there's really not much need from me but i can be supportive about the Turkish thread issue.

I just watched both DREDD movies. Stallone and the Indonesian copy with the Stallone lookalike. He is one tough SOB.

On topic:

The security guards were so shabby. Not only did they just act like normal street thugs(Kicking the assassin wannabe and punching him like sissy girls and some even slapped him), they did a poor job at protecting the politician.

The guy got away with his life with nothing but dumb luck and even dumber assassin.

I don't believe any security agent should ever demean himself to the level of kicking(And missing) a guy on the floor already handcuffed.
It was very unprofessional.

Only few of those suited people were security agents. The remaining crowd were angry Turks, probably friends and colleges relieving their adrenaline.

If you look closer, you can see that the guards protect the assassin from the angry crowd but why are you so upset about an Assassins getting his *** kicked? How would you feel if your dad almost got shot? Would you give him a kiss on the cheek?

Stallone movie was a fail, in original series DREDD rarely speaks and never takes his helmet off. It was typical of Holywood, Why would you pay a few million dollars to an actor if he won't even show his face huh? :) Watch the 2012 movie, it's more accurate. Although in my opinion he still talks a bit more than necessary.

No arguement there, they screwed up big time. You might think the politician is doing a better job protecting himself :)

"The guy" i believe is product of a human-monkey cross breed. No human i ever known was dumb enough to fail maintaining a pistol. How often does pistols these days require maintenance? Once in every couple of months? How hard can it be to disassemble a damn pistol, clean it, oil the moving parts and put it back together? And he smiles on the way out. Like an accomplished person...

Do you realize that they could've shot him the moment he drawn his weapon? For people who just lost their jobs I think they were pretty cool-headed. And letting the guy in with a pistol even though it's a conceivable sub-compact model is unprofessional enough :)

Yes, I'm a huge supporter of opening a Turkish discussion thread. I decided today to learn Turkish, so that thread would be a very helpful.
