Dont believe google, there is a lot genuine research needed for the specific groups you're referring to. There are Alawis, then there are Alevis - both are almost pronounced same but distinct sects - both sects consider themselves the followers of Ali Ibn Abi Talib but both are not similar to Ithna Asheri (Twelvers) Shias (the majority shias) with regards to the beliefs.
Alevis are similar to Akhbari shias of Twelvers but they are not Akhbaris - on the other hand Alevis are also similar with regards to their beliefs with sufis but they are also not sufis.
Alevis also follow the Twelve Imams but in a Tassawuf manner which is not accepted in Usooli Shia Islam which is the majority.
Then there are Alawis also known as Alawites and Nusayris - according to some people they are secretive about their beliefs and others claim that they consider Ali Ibn Abi Talib as God and they are kafirs (which if true is genuine kufar and should be considered kafirs if known)because of their beliefs, I haven't met any Nusayri or Alawi personally so I cannot confirm their beliefs but I have met Ghalis who make Ghulu.
Now ghali is another branch who call themselves shias but the mainstream Twelver Shia Muslims have different opinion of them.
Its very complicated and a newbie cannot understand most of the details that is why I urge everyone who asks me about Shia Islam that when researching please think about the other side of the motion and be neutral.
I as follower of School of Ahlul-Bayt confirm this, we may have so many differences within each other and with the groups mentioned above but we have one thing in common and that is Ali Ibn Abi Talib and where Ali Ibn Abi Talib leads to - Yes we do have differences with regards to the position of Ali Ibn Abi Talib in Islam which should be addressed to other muslim schools.
In the end, pretty much everyone has a different belief and recognition in his/her heart and soul about the Absolute so I cannot say someone is a kafir etc based on my judgement without any solid evidence, as long as someone believes in Allah and his justice and in finality of Prophethood and in Prophet Muhammad as the final messenger and in Qayamat - he is my brother in faith.
Allah knows better.
He also added something to the 2nd verse - something like "rijal namr" or something replacing "النَّاسَ"
@Malik Alashter should actually must explain please if we have misunderstood something? Since he is the one defending the dude in that video.
