Syria can never sort its problems out because if you're a small country anywhere near Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Turkey well say goodbye to your country, all of these countries are raising proxy wars on each other. Israel is out right bombing Syria, so is US and Russia. Iranian backed proxies are killing Saudi back proxies and most of the time they are not killing armed people but Syrian civilians.
