Kaash ap thori tehqeeq kr lety to baat smjh mai ajati. That 38$ billion will be used to repay the loans taken by PML N & PPP during their tenures. Not a single penny of these loans will be used for Khan luxuries or anything. In first year of Khan's Gov Pakistan repaid $9.5 billion which is more than the foreign loan Pakistan took last year.
