Those are simple cooperations for brother states. We should increase the value of assets We are collaborating over because a tanker equipped with a few stabilized gun is good indeed but not enough. We should establish joint ventures to develop common strategic products to be produced in both Turkey/Pakistan. SAM missiles would be a good starting point for example...

The whole tanker is being built with cooperation from STM. But you are right, pooling resources and expertise is smarter way to move forward.
