I think he is not a a southern vietnamese. If he is one he would talk bad on the government or the political or economic regime or military. Not of Vietnam in general. Viet kieu may disagree here and there with the regime but usually never talk bad on our country where our forfarthers come from. In short, the guy is a scum.

According to his own words he is an old man. So he is not a third generation of viet kieu. Consider this: third generation of viet kieu knows little about Vietnam, know to nothing about the wars in Vietnam, all the things the people suffered so long, little on economy, lesser on the political background. How can one bark if nothing is known? No. he pretends someone he wants to be. I don't know where he comes from, but considering his deep hatred on Vietnam I would not be surprised he comes from a certain country.

Will it be the first of it's class? AFAIK Bakamla doesn't have big ship that have water canon, so won't be able to joint the water canon party in SCS

The ATTC or All-Terrain Tracked Carrier was developed by Singapore Technologies Kinetics in cooperation with Thales of UK. It was specially developed to meet requirements of the Singapore Army. Development commenced in the mid-1990s. This articulated vehicle was revealed in 2000. It entered service with the Singapore Armed Forces in 2001. The Badak is a Fire Support (FSV)
wheeled armoured vehicle designed and manufactured in Indonesia by the Indonesian Company PT Pindad jointly with Belgian Company CMI Defence for the weapon systems. Pindad has responsibility to build a combat vehicle from its Anoa’s design modified by diesel engine 6 cylinder with 340 horse power, a monocoque body with special armor that could take up to 12.7 mm ammunition and double wishbone independent suspension technology to maintain vehicle stability in the even of firing its 90 mm cannon. CMI and Cockerill’s team main responsibility is developing turret with 90 mm cannon. The Badak was unveiled for the first time during the International Defence Exhibition Indodefence 2008. In January 2016, PT Pindad has announced the first production of the Badak FSV vehicle for the Indonesian army.
