Its all about the money. The more people come to Hajj the more tourism and currency in Saudi banks ie in the ruling family's pockets. If they want to make more hotels why not expand Mecca? Make hotels on the outskirts of Mecca and improve the transport system.

To me houses and belongings of Prophet Mohammad(saw) and his companion's are more of a historical treasure. They should save it not destroy it.

Once a certain elite takes over religious sites it then becomes a successful business. And in business its all about profit. Shame on Saudis for destroying historical sites.

i would prefer not to make Hajj into las vegas wahabi land and such circumstances, its better to help needy people then waste money visiting Las vegas ripp off making tourism based on few square inches of brick cube and throwing stones

We have reduced the number of people coming to the holy places by 20 percent so your equation is null. Also the money that come out from Hajj goes back As Waqf. We take no single penny. Another thing, the country is paying for the projects that are under construction as we speak as commanded from almighty Allah SWT. "Purify My House for those who perform Tawaf and those who are staying [there] for worship and those who bow and prostrate [in prayer]." Surah al Baqrah 115.

They are at it again. Even in Makkah the holiest of places and during the hajj we are not free from heretical slogans and political slogans that have nothing to do with the hajj or Islam. Truly shocking. When will they learn?

7 minutes of chants of various Muslim figures but not even once was the name of Allah (SWT) mentioned.

Talk about a sect that have misunderstood the essentials of Islam and the hajj.

I booked a suite on Sep 2nd, I took it for 200SR at a time when there hadn't been any sort of crowd and stuff.

The ordinary men and women has to walk miles to reach haram in such hot conditions- while the fatso elites stroll their way in and out from their comfortable rooms to and from haram-

Ordinary people can stay in these hotels after seasons it's damning inexpensive. Now seriously, if you think these hotels will remain empty over the entire course of a year, then you probably are misinformed.

These hotels in high tower can accommodate more people. As for quotes, it depends on what time of the year are you going there.

I think expansion must be done because of so many hacis but i dont understand the concept of this huge hotel buildings next to Mekka.
Most hacis cant even pay these hotels they will sleep in tents like allways.

I mean look at this, it doesnt look beautyful at all, its like a coloss which is going to swallow mecca every moment.

Not at all. These 6 towers will house millions of people per year, you probably don't know how jammed it gets here where I'm now. Some towers weren't built to make profits, but charity.

We don't take money from people. In fact, we give billions to needy people ourselves. Therefore, your argument is invalid.

We bring many to Hajj too. The only issue we have is that some of them may overstay, which is the very least thing we want.

Bro, this should stop immediately and be stamped down on harshly. Those heresies are unwelcome in Makkah and during hajj. No political slogans either. We simply do not want it. Actions must be taken and we should voice this problem to the authorities. I know that several pilgrims complained. This is not a demonstration or some picnic. This is the hajj in Makkah. And I could not care less where they came from. This must be stopped. This is not Karbala, Najaf, Mashhad or Qom.

They cry about divisions and being an tiny oppressed sect by the "evil Sunnis" but they do their utmost to create divisions and negative opinions about them.

I still remember similar scenes from past years. How it can continue I cannot understand.

I am actually very worried about their actions. Not because they are a danger in the physical form being the tiny minority they are. But I find it as a great problem that those individuals in MAKKAH during the HAJJ of all places ACTIVELY encourage divisions and use the blessed occasion of hajj to promote their absurdities when hajj is all about the worship of Allah (SWT) which ALL Muslims regardless of sect/political views, color, origin, job, income etc. have in common and should go hand in hand together.

So their actions are actually contributing to a split during hajj of all places. I believe that this must be stamped on harshly.

Besides I was not refering to any violence. The last thing I want to see is violence in Makkah and during hajj. They just need to be told that they should stop doing what they do and concentrate on the actual hajj like all others do. I struggle to see how my demand can be too big.
