@Dubious there are bad eggs in each gender. Not all men are so shareef and not all women are dood ki dhuli. I agree with that. But one gender going out of their way to make the other one uncomfortable? Then you gotta be ready for the blame.

And you know what? We didn't record it doesn't mean it didn't happen. We even saw that men stopped as soon as she started talking with us. Police couldn't have done anything as there is no "proof" of him doing anything. By the time police is involved its too late.

In such cases pepper spray is useful but I would say smart woman went to strike a conversation!

And that is what this thread is about and what people are discussing not every case is the same but if you want to accuse someone abt a phone harassment be prepared to show it too...Otherwise what is the use of talking about something that happened a decade ago...and that too on social media? Go to a therapist/ join a support group!

@Dubious i was coming back from grocery. (So women have to wear abaya here everytime they step out of home.)he came inside the building lobby because he had jewellery bag with him.

Wohi to main keh rahe hoon. If I had taken my harasser to the court, how’d i prove it with no evidence?no cameras and nothing.
This is where imaan on Allah comes where we believe justice will done. I moved on because I couldnt let it affect my life.

Definitely, if someone sends you some inappropriate messages, you should not delete them. Rather, I would say that a clever girl can get a lot more evidence just by letting him send some stuff instead of blocking him immediately.. collect enough and then contact LEA or the court.

When you are accusing of harassment online dig up all the previous chats/messages/phone records of the harasser.
