Pakistan's conditions for any further talks:
1) Progress on Samjhauta Express incident to be demonstrated;
Ans (INDA): Incident/Crime happened on Indian soil, therefore law of land applies. Pakistan can request as there citizens were the victims too but cannot pressurize.
2) Explanation from top-level to top-level on proven indian involvement in Baluchistan;
Ans(INDIA): Prove it in the International court of Law, UN has not stated any Indian involvement in the ingenious freedom struggle in Baluchistan.
3) Handing over of terrorists on Pakistan's wanted list, including Brahamdagh Bugti;
Ans(INDIA): Prove to the world he is a terrorist - Issue interpol red corner notice; We can swap him for Dawood Ibrahim
4) Consular access to Yadav (Indian spy) and even his extradition only if India shares verifiable and actionable list of all Indian/RAW assets within BLA and TTP across Pakistan. Any access or extradition to happen once the names on that list have been verified, captured and "cleansed".
