In my hometown, the weather report always shows Nyingchi even though I am from Upper Subansiri District in Arunachal Pradesh. See Nyingchi is on the other side of the border. Why is the Chinese weather report appearing on my mobile phone? Wtf!

I don't understand either, ask Indians for translation. I just now it's the exact line of control there. My work involves spending a lot of time online, but it doesn't mean I spend all the time on forums and PDF, I just come back to check it out when doing my job online, only fools believe that people here stay online just for PDF and Youtube.
