Sure. Ad Hominem was always my favorite fallacy, easy to identify and ignore. Try again please.
Harboring? Could it be that you don't know what that means?
It is exactly that. As long as he's using words, he's well within his rights to do so, unless and until he impinges upon someone else's rights or goes against the law. If and when he does, arrest and punish him.
What apparently you don't know is that we want these terrorists and extremists to come in the sphere of political discourse. That is how we defeat them, that's how we've been defeating them.
Sure, why not? Please advise a few. Perhaps the ones you've attended?
Then you aren't very well aware of what goes on in actual academic circles or even about history. Examples below.
No it's not. Red Herring, my second favorite fallacy.
Good that you brought up the Vietnam war yourself. Please educate yourself below,

You see, they didn't even need to invite a Vietnamese to educate them on the matter. They did that themselves. They weren't ill-educated or emotionally charged. The government then recognized their right of opinion and protected it through constitutional amendments. It's actually just one of the many major examples of how freedom of speech, opinion and expression, despite allowing morons such as Kirmani space to propagate their moronic opinions, is still the bedrock upon which safety mechanism against authoritarian control and extremism are built.
No they weren't. Again, please educate yourself.

Do you not see the irony of you mentioning McCarthyism?
Aha, right.
They actually are. They are bound to save every Pakistani irrespective of their caste, creed or political leanings. You don't get a say in it either.
Yeah, that's not how an academic institute works.
I'm not arguing that that particular professor is not a moron but it's equally moronic for you to group the entire LUMS community with her. And shows a very clear lack of understanding of how an academic environment should be like.
Anyway, do you guys know any other people who've been vociferous critics of the army? Say, Habib Jalib? Or maybe, Faiz Ahmed Faiz? You celebrate them as national heroes.
People of a nation have every right to criticize individuals whether they are from Military or else but spreading Anti estate or anti military sentiments as PTM did or Mama Qadeer the uncle of Professor Taimur is wrong. If I am not wrong Faiz sb was also once part of military.
Your remarks on Taimoor's acts are requested.
