Army orders ALCOTAN Shoulder Fired Anti Tank Weapon System

This is ridiculous if i try to be as polite as i never have been my entire life!!
You don't want to hear what i think about it if i explain it being myself. Forum do not allows that.

NO ONE can or should be allowed to go on with statements like "I am thinking to replace RPG and have talked to @Horus about what systems we can go for but i think this Spanish system is absolutely shit so we are not buying that now"
SOME ONE PLEASE KILL ME!!

There are certain advantages that single shot systems offer. Rather than thinking about them and then analyzing the merits and demerits you just go on and make judgements because YOU THINK bad about somethings. An educated analysis may lead to a conclusion that reusable systems are better for us, fine with it, that will be an educated analysis after all. NOT A RANT!! (again being polite)
hehe, No doubt it's Horus fault:D.Our Hazrat has that effect on people they want to break their computer as a result.

Instead Pakistan should consider these

Hazrat this comes in a protective case as well!! Watch how it's made on youtube please! It's very similar to ALCOTAN 100!!!!!

I have asked you a question too, i hope you will come forward and THINK about it for a change before passing judgements on weapon systems. Please do answer me why you think all those countries are choosing these systems and why all those idiots are investing millions of dollars in the development of the same?
I don't why they chose it but it sorry many countries doesn't seem to have adopted these in really large numbers. And thing is let's assume I am a soldier and fighting on LOC and Indian soldiers are moving forward I won't want a system in which I have to change two things before firing the beast again. I would want a weapon which I can load with ammo only and fire. But in case of firing from own barracks which we do on LOC most of the time than this weapon is good. In time of full war it's nothing short of suicidal

Sorry but you don't have to change the tube every time. One launcher and fire as many rockets as you want

As i mentioned, there are MILLIONS of examples produced and there are some 60 different users. how may else you want?

The Javelin is same
The NEXT GENERATION American weapons in development is also disposable
The British MBT-LAW
The top notch German Panzerfaust-3

What more are you looking for? :)
You seriously think that all these systems are not worth it because you do not like them and they countries were stupid that they went for them?
Still not looking that JUST MAY BE there is a possibility that these countries were not idiots after all and there is certain advantages these systems offer that you didn't though of!! Dont you feel that those things will be interesting for you to learn too? are you interested in that part at all?

Can you please think once, for a change, that what may be the advantages you will realize the reason why all the people are going for disposable system these days. Please think about this alone and you will get the answer to your LOC question, if not i will explain about it but at least think for a moment that may be the system is not that bad only because you do not LIKE it and may be there is some sensible explanation why all those idiot countries are option g for such systems.

What is the firing rate of the reusable system you are proposing? Again, please provide published data that shows firing rate in various simulated war situations. Thanks in advance.

How so Hazrat? The Rocket is concealed in a Tube and the Tube is discarded after use.

Rockets

and their individual Tubes

I know why they are in protective cases but still adding new tube and also the weapon increases the cost. Secondly changing both tube and ammunition also increases the time which in case of war can prove to be deadly. Thirdly it also increases weight which a soldier has to carry again making it more difficult for soldier to move. All of you are running around but not answering the questions I have raised

By how much does the disposable tube increase the weight of ALCOTAN? Do you have any published figures on that? Thanks in advance.

@Zarvan do think about this mate!

You have to carry tube and the rocket and in launcher only that box thing remains the same you have to every time you have to change both tube and add ammunition. In RPG 7 or similar modern weapons you carry one launcher and also its ammunition with it which are its Rockets. Not extra tubes

If the army has selected it it knows more than you

Here this is the issue because of which I am against disposable weapons. Although the video shows how cool the weapon is but issue putting that weapon in place takes time and ever time before firing new rocket of if you have to do it than it's suicidal in time of war

Hazrat you are incredibly narrow in thinking. RPG-7 is NO longer an effective weapon against armor or bunker! Both armor and bunker can withstand multiple RPG-7 shots. Hence a good replacement is needed and PA weather YOU LIKE OR NOT!! Have chosen ALCATON 100!

As for RPG-32 Hashim is it still a disposable or you believe it is reloaded Hazrat?

When Hazrat does not respond that means he is out of an answer! The RPG-32 he thinks is reloadable? How and why he came to this conclusion is what I am interested in!

In situation like LOC where India is sitting on there side and our boys are sitting on our side. I think this is great weapon I mean Aloctan 100 but in time of war when enemy soldiers are moving forward with Tanks and IFV and APC sorry but this weapons take lot more time to disassemble and reassemble to be ready to fire again. In other words in active moving war there is still no replacement for either RPG 7 of Russia and Carl Gaustav of Sweden.
