Army may be called in to deal with protesters

. .
Those who are implying that this should be allowed should realize that if allowed than normal citizens who life and routine gets upset including their properties ask where is the writ of the government? Than the same media who is now advocating for this to happen starts saying there is no law, where is the government etc? Than when army came and distributed some cash amount Tareeq labiq, it was again called hey look army is paying cash to them instead of removing them by force. In other words they wanted to see a blood bath. So this harami Fazlu needs to be squashed like a cockroach that he is in his nib. Why give him space to create all this drama and get media attention and when he starts vandalizing and breaking properties that will be his ultimate aim to create as much chaos as possible and government will be forced to act, that will give him much more leverage and he will try to portray himself as the victim and become siasi shaheed.

army works under orders of govt if govt interior minister give them wrong order or advice they will do mistakes like it happened in musharaf times when this same man was interior minister
Army isn't needed it will be symbolic or moral support Dgispr should warn fazlu it will be enough to deter most of his followers
and I don't think there will be any dharna government can block roads
There are specialized anti riot units in police halwa lovers can't face them
He already said,he takes U-Turn.So as of now, nobody has right to protest against Govt.
You and all other anti PTI people also take Uturns
In 2014 they were against dharnas but now are supporting fazlu's dharna
Fazlu himself was against dharna

.
JUI and Fazl Rehman can gather a big movement to come to Islamabad. He has support from many religious organisations who will come to his aid.
Imran Khan and Pti are his direct rivals so he will do anything to disrupt his rule.

Still according to law he is allowed to hold a peaceful protest in order to make his voice be heard. Our country needs to have clear rules for protests and educate people about it.

I really hope their is no trouble because we desperately need to change our economy condition.

Where did I said he has no support
He has some support in different parts of Pakistan just like sipah sahaba or TLP and other similar parties
But overall he is an unpopular person
He should be shown his auqat is ki aik bar chitrol honi chahiye
When PTI and PAT started March from Lahore most of the Lahore city was blocked
Thousands of people were stopped from going to dharna by blocking roads
Dozens of protesters were injured and few were killed in Police firing in Islamabad and if you don't believe you can watch videos from YouTube

.
Let Fazlu do the dharna. The people he is bringing will do mistakes definitely and lose the remaining public support. Within a week, the participants will decrease to half, and will continue decreasing every week. In frustration, Fazlu will do something foolish and illegal that will warrant danda. Even media will start asking for government writ. That will be a sweet end of Fazlu.

.
They should be allowed to protest freely. Mullah Diesel will see his auqaat within one week.
They have violent followers and if they enter in Islamabad and specially blue area then they forcefully shut dowing business and shops as we seen many time in protests of JUI and JI

ISLAMABAD - Interior Minister Brigadier (retd) Ijaz Ahmed Shah has said that at first it was the responsibility of provinces to stop the anti-government ‘Azadi March’ of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) and the federal government would deal with it if the protestors entered the capital.

Talking to a private TV channel about the possible lockdown plan of Islamabad by JUI-F Chief Moulana Fazlur Rehman, he also said the police would stop the marchers from entering the Red Zone of the capital. However, the last option of calling the army could be used to deal with the protestors.

About the responsibility of provinces to deal with the anti-government protest announced by JUI-F a day ago, the minister was of the view that it was the responsibility of provinces to deal with the law and order situation under the 18th Constitutional Amendment.

He reminded that Section 144 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) had been enforced in the Red Zone and no one would be allowed to enter there. The section 144 empowers district administration to prohibit an assembly of more than four persons in an area for a specific period of time

The minister said that who so ever would take the law into its hands, he would have to face due process of law. He also said that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mehmood Khan had already given a statement to deal with the protestors.

The CM KP said on Thursday in a statement that the provincial government would not allow anyone from the province to participate in the ‘Azadi March’ of JUI-F and march on Islamabad.

In addition to that, Shah while talking at different media platforms in the last couple of days has said that any one has the right to hold a peaceful protest. However, he made it clear that neither no one would be allowed to disturb the routine life nor to take law into his hands. He also indicated that the lock down plan would be tantamount to taking the law into hands.

On Thursday, JUI-F chief Moulana Fazlur Rehman had announced that his party would hold the anti-government “Azadi March” to Islamabad on October 27 as a protest against the alleged rigging in 2018 General Elections. He declared that caravans from different parts of the country would reach Islamabad, stay there and send this government packing. He made this announcement by ignoring the call of other opposition parties to delay the proposed protest march.

The JUI-F chief told reporters that his party would hold a sit-in at the famous D-Chowk of Islamabad—the place where Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has staged a sit-in against the then Pakistan Muslim League –Nawaz government for 126 days in 2014 on the same allegations.

In July this year, Rehman addressing the million march rally, organized by his party, had threatened the government to march on Islamabad in October it did not step down at its own being an “illegitimate regime”.

In 2014 dharna the government was at odds with the army and its media cell demonized it but now the government and army are on the same pitch
Fazlu should turn back while he can
Not wise decision

I don't have any problems with protests but what I don't understand is why do Pakistanis like to block roads and cause chaos? Why not hold your protest in like a park or something?

. .
They have violent followers and if they enter in Islamabad and specially blue area then they forcefully shut dowing business and shops as we seen many time in protests of JUI and JI
I think many traders and businessmen in these bluearea shops who are against tax policies of govt will try to benefit from such protests and will join them voluntarily to pressurize govt to accept their demands

.
Funny what power does to you. Didn't Imran use protests as a mean to get there himself?

Without equating the intent, everyone has a right to protest till its peaceful and within the laws of the land.
Remember Khadim Rizvi?Yeah same story

He is willing to use violence if he is going to use violence action will be taken against him as for simple protests ah to hell with it he has no mandate in any province

I think many traders and businessmen in these bluearea shops who are against tax policies of govt will try to benefit from such protests and will join them voluntarily to pressurize govt to accept their demands
Haha keep dreaming :D
Those who live in the capital know that only madrassa fundos will be there no one else is interested in joining this protest not even noon leagis who expect a masdive littar program

Thats against democracy when pTI started dharna it cost 20 billion dollar but government did not use coercive method . so pti should let them dharna
Just a protest is not a problem however if he is going to issue fatwas like Rizvi he shall be disposed off like rizvi

Those who are implying that this should be allowed should realize that if allowed than normal citizens who life and routine gets upset including their properties ask where is the writ of the government? The protests are not the problem threat of violence and qatal key fatwas from abu jan of terrorist is the real problem
