No your point of view is logical and most importantly rational, the media has a similar view point however I want to understand the perspective of other members on this forum other than simply dismissing it, as they are supporting this group in this case being jamat party.
i just saw on twitter that the jamat party has start attacking the infrastructure, damn these guys are seriously pissed about something alright but railways station seriously , bangladaise is a developing countrie hopefully your development does not get affected from this conflict as the innocents always suffer from these political development, actually its the same here in Canada with respect to politicans playing games that slow down development.
This is one of the dark parts of our pakistani heritage and hopefully after this tribunal pakistani and bangladaise can be brothers again.!!!
Kader Mollah's attorneys failed to prove him innocent. Still the court didn't give a death sentence. Proves a back-door deal.
I am happy with the present verdict of the court anyway because right now I only care about the death penalty of the war criminals. If you are unhappy about the court's decision, and have proof, please follow legal procedure.
No they won't. I can guarantee you 100% that the Indian agents will keep finding one thing after another to keep 1971 alive and to sabotage Pak-Bangla relations.
But I won't belabor the point here and let events prove me right.
After this 3 days of hartal, the Jamaatis should regroup and do a tet offensive throughout the country, a totall curfew is needed to get this country down......
And put on a show for you in Toronto? Never seen any other nationality cheering unrest and arson going on in their very own country.
we are under Indian occupation, this is just collateral damage.
You are in Toronto and hold a Canadian citizenship. Any thoughts about the not so fortunate Bangladeshis whose livelihood is at stake?
It was the Indian agents in 1971 and its Indian agents now . How about owning up to the mistakes and atrocities Pakistan committed instead of blaming everything on your favorite bogeyman! Just shows how serious you guys are about Pak-Bangla relationship.
Bangladesh deploys army in north as protest death toll mounts
Bangladesh deployed troops in the north of the country on Sunday as six more people were killed in fresh clashes over the conviction of Islamist leaders for war crimes in the Muslim-majority nation.
The army was deployed in violence-wracked Shahjahanpur town after more than 5,000 stick-wielding protesters attacked two police stations, forcing police to open fire, they said.
At least four people were killed in clashes after Jamaat-e-Islami supporters attacked us. The toll could rise, Shahjahanpur districts deputy police chief Moqbul Ahmed told news agency AFP, adding that troops had been deployed to boost security.
Two other people were also killed on Saturday night, including a ruling party student activist who was allegedly hacked to death by suspected Jamaat supporters, police said.
An inter-city train was torched late Saturday in the northwest but there were no casualties, police said.
The death toll in the clashes over the war crimes verdicts has risen to 62 since January 21, including 46 killed in the past four days after Jamaats vice president was sentenced to death, police said.
