In the begining of my days here I completely directed myself to counter the Israeli and Zionist members here like Solomon2 and such and prove them with sources and evidence wrong time and again. As time progressed no body really cared about them and I was too hands full defending my country my religion and my people from attacks of you and your ilk that I only had time for just that. And my Quranic verse is not out of context. Perhaps the entire book is out of context in regard to life is it not?? At least to you lot.

Al Khalid tank was evaluated and it was the only other tank which passed all the dessert trials.

But Mosa said in another thread that it failed the desert trials.

Also Saudi gunner (forgot his name) achieved a new record in consecutive successful targeting with Al Khalid tank. The only reason why the deal flopped is because Saudis were in hurry and HIT did not have that much production capacity to deliver in the desired time frame of Saudis. Eventually Saudis bought Russian tanks NOT American tanks.

What were they in a hurry for? They are not going to war any time soon.

If the Al-Khalid did indeed pass the Saudi desert trials not to mention Saudi gunner scored successful hits on targets then i don't see how the Al-Khalid failed the trials and neither can i see how its performance is inferior to other Saudi Tanks.

BTW, if you have any link about that Saudi gunner's achievements in the Al-Khalid do post it.
