I believe the clause in Constitution dealing with the imposition of presidents rule in the state should be amended to grant the power to central government to take over the state dissolving the assembly in case of heavy mismanagement of economy by state government. CPM for three decades completely screwed WB economy with their super socialist schemes and anti industrial policies putting the state in a heavy debt burden and GoI even under Vajpayee just watched helplessly as it didn't had much power to stop all that even now the best it can do is to provide big economic package to WB(which will again be misused) from taxpayers money of people of other states increasing resentment in the eyes of those people for west Bengal.
