Arabs slam Pak stand on Yemen

CAIRO: The Arab Parliament (AP) speaker has expressed disappointment at Pakistan’s Parliament unanimous vote on Friday to remain neutral in the conflict in Yemen, describing the move as incompatible with the international, Arab and Muslim stance that supports legitimacy in Yemen and aims to strength security and peace in the Arab and Islamic World.

Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Jarwan said the Arab people had received Pakistan’s participation in the Decisive Storm coalition with optimism and enthusiasm in the hope of creating a joint Arab-Islamic force that backs right against whoever tries to tamper with values of Arab and Islamic nations and that supports security and peace across the world.

‘’The Arab and Muslim people were shocked and disappointed by the Pakistani Parliament decision,’’ he regretted.

He called on the Parliament to fall in line with the will of people in this critical circumstances, the Arab and Islamic World is living through and to back the stance of the government and people of Pakistan that supports the Decisive Storm coalition.

What's with the misleading title? Your made-up title doesn't fall in-line with the actual content of the speaker's statement.
Your "falling in-line with the will of people in critical circumstances" doesn't exactly mean the same thing as your "falling in line/into line" - the former is about supporting someone the latter about obeying.

hey look enough has been said about this. personally i think this is a wake up call for the gulf. as Allah says in the quran. you may hate something but it might be good for you. The gulf should quit relying on others. Perhaps it took this decision by pakistan to finally make them realise. The gulfs should spend that aid money on themselves and their citizens and building up their capacities rather than hand it around simply based on ummah bhai bhai stuff

If you look through Quran and Islamic predictions it's these Arabs that will require our help and they will always have money till the end of time. That is religious dogma.

These Arabs can't say anything directly hence they use tweets to convey their dismay. So be it man can't make them happy. We've been more than accommodating in past and will be in future. This is no Shia Sunni issue it's just a tit for tat by Iran for Saudis.

The gulf can't make soldiers that's why their armed forces consists of Indians Pakistanis and Somalis and sorts. Please try again. They may have the money but gone are the times when they were men of steel, now they're just camels to rolls spoilt types.

Please quit your red herrings. They might not respect us, neither do they respect Indians ( me growing and up working there on government sanctioned missions has enough knowledge and dirt on them even at official levels ). Please if you really think they respect you go and work with them.
