Solution is to go back to the ‘60s borders and remove settlements which Israelis will never do and Palestinians will not accept anything else. Only a total war can provide the solution. All other talk is just hitting the bush for nothing.

Since then they are shooting rockets at Israeli civilians from time to time. Lesson learned. Not an inch of territory would be given to Palestinians in West Bank as it would result in Hamas there as well.

There is no guarantee for that. Hamas is already shooting rockets from Gaza continuesly since Israel left Gaza in 2005. What makes you so sure they won't do the same from West Bank if Israel left it too?

By all means engage in a 'Total War' which would result in a victory for Israel. Combined Arab Armies in 1967 and 1973 were clobbered by Israel. The gap has only widened now in favor of Israel and Egypt/Jordan will not be joining the war like they did in 1967 and 1973. I have purposely left out Syria because the Syrian State does not exist anymore and does not pose any conventional threat to Israel. Israel would actually prefer to fight a war because they can claim victimhood and crush any armed resistance against them.

I agree with @Norwegian , only solution is peaceful settlement with both Palestine and Israel existing side by side. Total War suits Israel because they know they will win any Armed Conflict.
