If it were a democracy, then Mrs. Clinton would have won, due to getting more votes than Trump.
Trump won the election according to the rules given by the constitution.
He and his campaign members are however under investigation for breaking US law
by secretly cooperating with foreign powers to influence the election.
That there was a disinformation campaign by Russia during the election has been PROVEN,
and if it can be proven the that Trump cooperated, he will be kicked out of office.
Unlike Your dictatorial government, the US President is limited by the other branches.
