Its not your normal high school if you knew Iran education system (many Iranian even don't knew it as it changed so much in recent years) when you reach high school you can choose from three branch one is what you normally see in other countries when they teach you math and science and such stuff.
There is another branch which can be translated to "work and science" and the one who go there only will be taught a job so they can work in that job after they finished school something they put there for people who didn't want to study more than guidance school and were interested in learning a job .
In between these two there was another branch which was translated in technical and vocational in that they teach lessons in metallurgy and such . they had furnaces that could melt iron and copper .
They were taught casting and turning and also they have been taught physics and mathematics.
